The ruins on the surface lead down to the conservatory where two large statues sit to either side of the hall, this room has several holes in the ceiling and plants have reclaimed the ground.
The main chamber has began to rumble away and a small pool of water has gathered below it’s staircase. The main function of this place, seems to have involved the now broken runic circles that are pervasive.
The curved stairs lead you up to the attuning chamber. A round room where magical symbols have been carved into the stone on the ground.

Here is what tabletop DMs and GMs say about running Seafoot adventures and maps:
"Huge bundle of excellent maps, which I have found suitable for many different situations I've come across in my games. Sorting system for the maps is great as it helps find maps on the fly when absolutely necessary."
"I bought this bundle a few months ago, and I've been using these maps in my campaigns ever since. The VTT-enabled maps (I use Foundry VTT) have walls, lighting, sound effects, and various visual effects that look really cool and make the experience more immersive. All in all a great buy and totally worth it!"
"I'm absolutely amazed at the level of detail and range of different formats for IRL printing and online usage for every map. It actually took me many hours to get through about three-quarters of them... It's not even money well-spent, because I really feel like I underpaid for all of this."
