Our refund and returns policy is simple. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase and it’s been less than 30 days since you bought it, we’ll give you a full refund. All you need to do is ask by emailing us at bebandluke@seafootgames.com. 🙂 It should only take us a few business days to process.
Regarding the returns aspect of our refund and returns policy, since our TTRPG resources are digital it’s physically impossible to return them 😛 Much like a cursed artifact, you must keep them forever… or destroy them b̶y̶ ̶t̶h̶r̶o̶w̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶m̶ ̶i̶n̶t̶o̶ ̶a̶ ̶v̶o̶l̶c̶a̶n̶o̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶M̶t̶.̶ ̶D̶o̶o̶m̶ using the delete button.
Remember, even if you found your purchase wasn’t what you expected, we’re still super thankful you gave our work a try and we want you to be happy! That’s why we have this refund and returns policy. 🙂
