Wizards have summoned ethereal wonders, while warlocks have made their infernal pacts, all beneath the shadowy veil of secrecy. The quest for forbidden knowledge has, at times, led to perilous consequences, endangering the delicate balance between the mystical arts and mortal existence.

Yet, despite the potential for calamity, the vigilant and unwavering Magical Inquisition has been the city’s steadfast guardian. Their unyielding commitment to maintaining order and curbing the more perilous aspects of the magical arts has thus far prevented the city’s descent into utter chaos and destruction.

Recently however, a clandestine warlock cult has ominously surfaced within the city’s formidable walls. Led by none other than the once thought perished apprentice of the current Exarch of the Magical Inquistion. This prodigal apprentice harbors a chilling agenda to open a portal, allowing Gormos, an eldritch horror from a distant realm, to pass through and bring about the city’s utter annihilation.

Now, as the city teeters on the precipice of oblivion, the Magical Inquisition, faced with the darkest of challenges, must strive to thwart this malevolent scheme before the city is consumed by the eldritch horror from beyond.
